We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old), is defined annually by the Municipal Chamber of Mafra and can be consulted in the description of each accommodation.
Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
