    Excellent 40 m2 apartment, located in the centre of Ericeira, with one bedroom and capacity for 4 people. Ideal for those who want a holiday without having to use a car! It has a kitchenette, a living room with TV and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift and is located 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the supermarket.Note:We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
