Welcome to Alto da Villa by ACasaDasCasas, a cosy duplex in Ericeira with everything you need for a perfect holiday! This space is fully equipped, has capacity for up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults) and offers comfort and convenience in every corner.
The apartment has two floors and features 3 welcoming bedrooms, with a total of 4 beds: 2 double beds and 2 single beds (for children). You have at your disposal 2 well-equipped bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub, so everyone has the comfort they deserve. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, as well as all the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils you may need.

Located in a quiet area but close to everything! It is only 200 metres from Ericeira town centre, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Praia dos Pescadores (450 m) and Praia do Sul (600 m) are nearby for a refreshing dip.

Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder shall be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a per-night tax on all short-term rental properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit rate of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid at check-in in cash. The value of this tax is changed annually by Mafra Municipal Council, so changes to the amounts presented may occur.
