Apartment with 121 m2, super comfortable and modern, with views of the sea and garden.Located in Ericeira, very close to Praia do Sul, it is located in a condominium with a garden, children's area, swimming pools (adults and children) and outdoor parking.It has 1 living room with TV, 2 sofas and dining table, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.Outside, this apartment has 2 terraces: a terrace leading to the kitchen with barbecue and a huge terrace leading to the living room and bedrooms. Both are equipped with outdoor furniture.It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), a hairdryer and central heating.It is located 400m from Praia do Sul and 1km from the center of Ericeira.note:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.

Apartamento de excelente qualidade, muito bem equipado, tendo tudo para tornar a estadia (seja a trabalhar, seja de ferias) perfeita.

Apartamento de excelente qualidade, muito bem equipado, tendo tudo para tornar a estadia (seja a trabalhar, seja de ferias) perfeita. Muito bem localizado a 5 mn a pé da praia do Sul e a 10 mn do centro da Ericeira. A piscina do condomínio é muito tranquila (mesmo em pleno Agosto) e os vizinhos são uma simpatia. Adoramos a estadia e tudo o que ela nos proporcionou. |

We liked our apartment because it was big and modern arranged. We slept really well because the beds were confortable and the apartment is in a quiet environmet. Furthermore the two terraces were really nice so we could be there most of the time whensee more

And also the service was good so we don't have had any problems with the handover of the keys at the first day.

There are some things that you could improve in that appartment. At first it would have been nice if the chairs at the terraces would have been more confortable so then the evenings there would have been perfect for us. And some things of the equipmesee more
