With 40 m², fully equipped, this accommodation offers sea views that will leave you speechless. Located in a quiet area, by the sea, you have everything you need just a few steps away.
It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed. Perfect for couples, friends or small families who want to enjoy a seaside getaway. A complete bathroom with shower so you always feel fresh and rested. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the utensils and crockery you need to prepare your meals.
Take advantage of the balcony to enjoy the sea view and fresh air. It is the ideal place to relax at the end of the day.
Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the aforementioned consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged to them at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a night tax on all short-term rental properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the value charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash. The value of this tax is changed annually by Mafra Municipal Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
