Excellent 66 m2 apartment in Ericeira, located on the seafront and with stunning views. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.This apartment recently underwent complete renovation and decoration, with a completely new kitchen being installed, the windows and blinds were all replaced as well as the floor was replaced with floating flooring. The decoration project was carried out by a professional decorator who transformed it into a modern and super cozy apartment, in addition to replacing all the bed linen and towels with high quality materials.In terms of layout, it has a living room with TV, sofa (which is a double sofa bed) and a balcony overlooking the sea and the garden and swimming pool of the condominium, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 beds individual rooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.It also has internet (wifi), iron and hairdryer.It is located in a condominium with garden and swimming pool, located right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the center of Ericeira to Praia da Foz do Lizandro. This way, and if you wish, you can spend your holidays without needing to use the car, just walking or cycling to the beach or the center of Ericeira.The sand beaches closest to the condominium are Praia do Sul which is 1km away and Foz do Lizandro beach which is 1.5km away.The center of Ericeira, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.4 km from the condominium.
