Description
On the entrance floor there is a living room with TV and sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine , dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and a balcony with outdoor furniture.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with outdoor furniture.
It also has wifi, hairdryer, iron and is located in a condominium with elevator, garden and swimming pool.
It is located approximately 300m from Praia de S. Sebastião, close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
Ideal for those who want to spend holidays without having to get in the car.
note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.20 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.10 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure

It would be nice to have a couple of sunbeds at the upper balcony. Now there was only one hammock. There are two bedrooms in the apartment and in both there is one douple bed. For two kids it would be nicer to have two separate beds. We also noticed see more
