Excellent 70 m² apartment in the centre of Ericeira with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.
It has a living room with TV and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and electric kettle.
It also has a balcony, WiFi, hair dryer, iron and closed garage parking (extra cost not included in the accommodation price).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is part of a condominium with a lift, pool (OPEN ONLY FROM 1 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER), barbecue and tennis court.
It is located 300 m from the beach and about 50 m from the centre of S. Sebastião where you can find a supermarket, pastry shop, restaurant, barbecue and various other shops.
Ideal for those who want a holiday without having to use the car.
Note:
We would like to inform you that for stays of more than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
