It also has internet (wifi) and an iron.It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket.Note:We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total amount of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is 150€/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this amount, the rest will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The amount of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) in the unit amount of 2.40€ in the high season (May 1st to October 31st) and 1.20€ in the low season (November 1st to April 30th). The payment of the amount of this fee is not included in the amount charged by the accommodation and must be paid upon check-in in cash.
