Excellent villa in Ribamar, very close to Ericeira and right on the beautiful S. Lourenço beach, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
It has a living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine. washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Outside there is a pleasant garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue and dining space.
It also has internet access (wifi), hairdryer and iron.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.
