Description
Excellent 270 m² accommodation, very close to the centre of Ericeira, with a pool, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has a living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV and dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, two shower rooms (one on the garage floor) and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Externally, it has a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a pool. It also has internet access (wifi), a hair dryer and an iron.It is located 900m from the São Sebastião beach and the São Sebastião square where you will find a supermarket, cafes with terraces, restaurants, a barbecue, among other shops. The Ribeira D'Ilhas beach is 3km away.
Note 1: The pool can be heated upon guest request, at an additional cost of €40/night, not included in the presented price.
