Description
Fantastic 300m2 dwelling, with a location in Ribamar with sea view, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
Inside the dwelling has a living room with TV, sofas, dining area. The kitchen is American style and is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, electric jug and juice machine.
The house has four bedrooms: two suites with double bed, two rooms with double bed and a double sofa bed.
Bathrooms are four: one social bathroom, one bathroom with bathtub and two bathrooms with shower.
It also has internet (wifi), iron and hair dryer.
Outside it has a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, swimming pool and tennis court.
The house has a video surveillance system inside which, however, is switched off when occupied by guests. For this reason, no cameras will operate inside. There are surveillance cameras outside in the parking area and on the lawn near the gate.
Note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
