It has a living room with a sofa (which is a sofa bed), TV and dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet and Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Outside there is a large garden with barbecue, dining area and outdoor furniture.
It also has a washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, air conditioning and outdoor parking.
It is located 2km (5 min by car) from São Julião beach, 4km (7 min by car) from Foz do Lizandro beach and 500m from restaurants and a mini-market.
